Focusing lens for light guide (Cold light sources)
Description
Precisely focused light for perfect illumination
This focusing lens is the ideal complement for the KL5130 and KL5131 gooseneck light guides of the KL5120-2 Cold light sources. It particularly shows its strengths in stereo microscopy: The light guide with integrated focusing lens ensures excellent transmission of white light without changing the color range.
This makes the system ideal for microscopic incident light illumination in stereo microscopy, as well as for microscope photography and numerous precise assembly tasks where clear, pinpoint and color-stable illumination is crucial.
Color filters & Cold light sources - efficient screening tools for red gemstones
With its specially colored glass, the ruby filter makes some stones appear in a different color and helps with the assessment of red gemstone lots, for example. When viewing red or pink stones under the ruby filter, only those stones that are colored red by chromium will glow red. For a reliable investigation, we recommend a cold light source from the KRÜSS store.
Pinpoint, shadow-free illumination for demanding gemmological investigations – our ruby filter and cold light source illumination complement each other perfectly for this purpose. The combination of a powerful cold light source and precise double light guide enables light guidance that illuminates even complex-shaped gemstones evenly, with stable colors and without disturbing shadows.
The result is a professional setup that makes every investigation more efficient, more reliable and visually clearer. Whether screening, detailed analysis or high-quality presentation: our gemmological devices give gemmologists the precise light they need to make confident decisions.
